There were a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a TV in my new-fashioned room. It was light, had lovely view. The location of the hotel was marvellous - relatively close to a sand beach. A special thanks to amiable staff.

Myself, girlfiend and sister stayed at this hotel over easter 2011, we hada very warm welcom from the recepton staff and also gave us courtesy call to our room to check everyting was ok, they were also very kowledgable about the surrunding area. The rooms were very comfortable and large and reasonably priced for the time of year.
The beds were a little hard for my liking and the shower is very weak, running hot and cold. The bar staff were a little slow and the cocktails were poor and over priced.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming it was a clean and tidy hotel with a lot of options if you choose to have special spa treatment. It was a relaxing week that I spent at the hotel. The cleaners kept our room clean and tidy at all times and was always restocked so we could have our morning tea and coffee. I liked how we were informed about upgrading our room if we wanted to when we arrived. We had a pleasant greeting when we arrived and was told about the options we had with regards to a spa treatment and there was plenty of this information given to us in the room. It has been a lovely hotel and a wonderful experience.
We choose to go elsewhere for our breakfast because we felt that it was quite expensive.

Not the cheapest one nevertheless good value. Tastefully decorated room with shower, the bar plus including live music in the bar, committed staff from cleaner to manager. Beautiful, stunning location in the cocktail bar at 8pm on a Saturday night. Also, easy access to Fistral Stores.

great views and walking distance to nearby beaches
During my weekend stay, I loved how close I was to Fistral Beach and the beautiful park views around the area. The room was comfortable and perfect for a family with children who enjoy exploring local attractions.

The excellent reception staff. I arrived - late - after an unexpected visit to hospital. They couldn't have been more helpful and produced a snack even after the kitchen had closed. Full marks!!
The breakfast really was very cold. Cooked at 0630 - 0700 no doubt and left under poor heat lamps till I went for breakfast at 0830. Such a shame!

Charming hotel. Great value, nice friendly staff, delicious food. Loved the lobby area with the view of the beach and comfortable chairs. Easy access to beach. Location was terrific.
A larger television with more channels would be nice!

Great hotel, small but pleasant pool / jaccuzzi area, large, modern bedrooms, large tv (very limited digital chanels), great location litterally overlooking fistral beach & some great out of season deals as well as vastly reduced room rates, ie 50% off restaurant voucher on arrival, buffet breakfast £5.Ideal base for winter golf break if you can get the right deal.
Very limited TV chanels, 8 at the most
